Description

We are hiring an OEM Executive Meeting Manager!

Responsibilities:

Solicit, negotiate, and confirm business for small groups and meeting (typically under 50 peak room).

Manage all aspects of event coordination: site inspections, proposals, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and post-event follow-up.

Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the planning process.

Coordinate effectively with hotel departments (banquets, front office, F&B, A/Housekeeping to ensure client expectation are met or exceeded. Upsell hotel products and services to maximize revenue (guest rooms, catering, A/V, etc.) Prepare and distribute detailed event documentation such as function sheets, BEO's group resumes, and final billing summaries. Monitor event space usage, ensuring efficient and strategic booking to optimize profitability. Manage client relationships to encourage repeat business and positive referrals. Attend staff meetings and conduct on-site visits with clients as needed.

Meet or exceed individual sales goals as assigned by leadership. Maintain accurate records in CRM and booking systems (e.g., CI/TY, MARSHA, PMS) Qualifications: 1-3 years of experiences in hotel sales, catering, or event planning. Strong knowledge of hotel operations and event logistics. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and event management software (e.g.CI/TY, MARSHA, PMS) Strong attention to detail and client-focused mindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event demand.
