• Catering Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Concord Hospitality is seeking a proactive and results-driven Catering & Sales Manager to lead social and corporate catering events, including guest room bookings. This role combines sales, event management, and guest service, with a focus on maximizing revenue and delivering exceptional experiences. A flexible schedule, including weekends (and peak-season Tuesday–Saturday), is required.

• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

As a Hotel Line Cook, you will tempt the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.

• Dishwasher (Chefs/Kitchen)

  • Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware. Carefully wash by hand, and safely and skillfully operate the washing equipment, to thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware.

• Accounting Manager (Finance/Accounting)

  The Accounting Manager oversees the Human Resources and Accounting operations for the hotel, managing performance appraisals, record-keeping, counseling, benefits administration, and payroll. This role ensures compliance with personnel policies and procedures and facilitates effective communication within departments. The Accounting Manager collaborates with the management team as directed by the General Manager and Corporate Directors of HR and Accounting.

• Asst General Manager (General Manager)

  This dynamic Assistant General Manager will support all operational aspects, including guest and employee satisfaction, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation, ensuring a solid return on investment. Working alongside the General Manager, the Assistant GM will help implement property-wide strategies, brand service strategies, and initiatives to exceed guest expectations.
