This role is responsible for overseeing all HR and internal accounting procedures while assisting the F&B team to achieve operational, financial, and guest satisfaction goals. The Food & Beverage Administrative Manager serves as the administrative, human resources, payroll support, and accounting liaison for the Food & Beverage Division, supporting the F&B General Manager, Executive Chef, Director of Catering Sales, Restaurant Managers, and Food & Beverage Managers across recruiting, onboarding, associate records, payroll support, invoice processing, financial reporting, catering billing, and compliance.
