Maintaining high service and hospitality standards. Addressing guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Processing payments and following all cash-handling procedures. Managing guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism. Being knowledgeable about the hotel brand and loyalty programs. Communicating guest feedback to departments and management. • Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware. Carefully wash by hand, and safely and skillfully operate the washing equipment, to thoroughly clean all service ware, cookware and utensils, including polishing stainless and silver ware.
