As the late shift you are essentially working without management supervision so your responsibility is seen as even greater as you assist in closing out the business for the day while serving our guests during non-traditional hours. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference. You are also ensuring the guest a stay that is safe by monitoring activity inside and outside of the hotel, monitoring weather, and ensuring the hotel is safe and comfortable. As the Housekeeping Supervisor you oversee and assist in the housekeeping and laundry department functions, including supporting and performing tasks within those roles, along with supporting the general operation of the hotel as needed.
