As the Night Auditor you are essentially working without management supervision so your responsibility is seen as even greater as you assist in closing out the business for the day as well as check in or out those guests during non- traditional hours. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference. The night shift also assures the guest a stay that is safe whereby you are monitoring abnormal activity inside and outside of the hotel and monitoring any weather issues that could become threatening to our resting guests. This position of hotel Executive Sous Chef means you’ll be tempting the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.
This position is designed to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction to external clients and internal partners with the goal of garnering both repeat and referral business from client base. In addition to maintaining existing business, this position will be responsible for finding new business and saturating existing accounts and/or segments. This positions serves as liaison between the customer, the Sales team and the Event Management team.
As the Asst. Housekeeper you directly oversee housekeeping, laundry and house person team members. You are a significant part of the properties management team and work closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance Departments to ensure the guest experience goes off without a hitch. You take complete ownership of the property’s cleanliness from the guest rooms to the public areas. You work with your team members and the other departments to not only meet the property’s high cleanliness and productivity standards, but to make sure everything is kept in proper working order and drive guest service levels.
