  Renaissance Raleigh Hotel is seeking an expereinced hotel Front Office Manager to lead our guest services team.

• Room Service Server-Renaissance Raleigh Hotel (Food & Beverage)

  MUST have availability to work EVENING SHIFTS, must be availabile to work on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

• Line Cook(s) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  As a Preventative Maintenance Technician at the Renaissance Raleigh Hotel, you will be responsible for taking care of the preventive maintenace duties. Your role ensures a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for guests and associates while supporting the overall success of hotel operations.

• Concierge - Evening Attendant (Guest Services)

  As a Concierge, you create a welcoming and personalized guest experience by maintaining a well-presented lounge, providing exceptional hospitality, and serving as a trusted resource for hotel and local recommendations.

• Guest Relations Manager (Guest Services)

  We are looking for a Leader that have a passion to serve others! Working at the front desk means you are at the hub of the hotel with the most interaction with our guests as the GRM you are the one that brings this group to a cohesive team focused on providing our guests excellent service while maintaining all brand standards and Concord standards. Your role is key to the overall experience the guest will have. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference.   Assists with the Administration, direction, and operations of Human Resources for the hotel. Monitors performance appraisal system, ensures record keeping, benefits administration, department intercommunication, wage and payroll administration. Monitors compliance with established personnel policies and procedures.
