Assists the Accounting Manager and Human Resource Manager with the Administration, direction, and operations for the hotel. Acts in concert with the management team as directed by need of the General Manager and the Human Resources and Accounting Manager.
SUMMARY: Oversee the Catering Department to maximize catering sales revenue for the Hotel.
Being an Event Manager at a Concord Hospitality property means you hold an important key to the hotel's success! This position is designed to help manage, coordinate, and execute all details and aspects of the events and groups turned over by the Sales Department. You will also be required to effectively and efficiently convey all necessary information for each group and event in order to ensure the customer satisfaction.
Your commitment to the care and attention of making sure our guests see our best presentation, keeps our service and quality at it’s best. Your actions can make any creation of the kitchen look that much better with your attention to detail in your daily work. Our Dishwashers take great care in handling the kitchen equipment, and make sure that dishes and glassware are polished for our servers and kitchen line team. Candidates willing to work flexible schedules preferred.

The night shift also assures the guest a stay that is safe whereby you are monitoring abnormal activity inside and outside of the hotel and monitoring any weather issues that could become threatening to our resting guests. Our Sales Coordinators are important to the hotel’s success because they are a direct link between the front desk and our sales team. As the sales coordinator you are assisting our incoming reservation calls for groups and meetings, as well as assisting the sales team with contracts, room blocks and communication with the rest of the hotel team to assure our guests and corporate clients receive exactly what we promised! And because Concord believes in promotion from within, many of our sales coordinators today become tomorrow’s sales managers and future Director of Sales!
