Provide the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients at all times. Deliver a successful experience for the planner and attendees with the goal of garnering both repeat and referral business.
The Executive Chef has total responsibility for the main kitchen, banquets, and culinary staff for leading these areas. The Executive Chef is responsible for leading by example and developing their staff as assets for the hotel. They direct food preparation, productions and control for all food outlets and banquet facilities at the hotel and ensure that the kitchen provides fresh, appealing, properly flavored foods while focusing on food costs.

Being the Sales Coordinator at a Concord Hospitality hotels is an important role and can be a great transition for a seasoned desk clerk or an entry level role to start your rewarding career in hotel sales. This role is key in the hotel’s success because you are the direct link between the front desk and our sales team. As the sales coordinator you are assisting our incoming reservation calls for groups and meetings as well as assisting the sales team with contracts, room blocks and communication with the rest of the hotel team to assure our guests and corporate clients receive exactly what we promised!
