In this role, you will provide attentive, polished service for a variety of events, ensuring each guest interaction reflects the luxury standards of The Ben. With agility, discretion, and professionalism, you’ll support our team in delivering seamless event experiences, from set-up to service and clean-up.

• Deliver exceptional, anticipatory service to all banquet guests, consistently reflecting The Ben’s elevated standards.

• Assist in the set-up and breakdown of event spaces, ensuring adherence to Banquet Event Orders and attention to detail.

• Serve food and beverages with precision, elegance, and discretion.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet and service areas throughout events.

• Support event teams in coordinating guest needs, special requests, and last-minute changes.

• Collaborate with culinary, banquet, and management teams to ensure smooth event execution.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a safe and polished environment.

• Exhibit flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Previous experience in banquet, catering, or fine dining service preferred.

• Professional demeanor, polished presentation, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift trays, equipment, or linens as required.

• Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
