The four-story, 132-room Cambria Hotel Milwaukee will be located at 503 N. Plankinton Avenue in the heart of downtown Milwaukee. The hotel is near some of the city's major corporations, including WE Energies, Northwestern Mutual, Harley-Davidson, Aurora Health Care, and U.S. Bank. The Ideal Candidate Are you organized, detailed oriented and able to lead a team of passionate and service driver hospitality professionals? Do you possess great sales and networking skills to assist a sales & marketing team to remain competitive in the Milwaukee market? Do you possess the proven ability to drive GSS? The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in full service hotel, lifestyle or high volume select service hotel operations plus possess a strong background in sales, food & beverage catering and events as well as excellent customer service delivery.
Being a Concord GM As a General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring motivating and rewarding a winning management team supporting our company’s mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with Choice as we orchestrate the opening process, represent our owners with professionalism and assure Concord training is facilitated. It will be your responsibility to run a successful business operation through orchestrating brand training, meeting operational deadlines on project timeliness, providing attention to detail in ordering supplies and following budget guidelines, and networking with city officials in Milwaukee as the “face” of this exciting new brand entering the market.
