The department is open 24/7….so each front desk role is as important as the others. Associates working the front desk are the key to the overall experience the guest will have. As the late shift you are essentially working without management supervision so your responsibility is seen as even greater as you assist in closing out the business for the day as well as check in or out those guests during non- traditional hours. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference. The night shift also assures the guest a stay that is safe whereby you are monitoring abnormal activity inside and outside of the hotel and monitoring any weather issues that could become threatening to our resting guests. As the Dual Director of Housekeeping, you will be overseeing two beautiful properties at the Wharf- Canopy by Hilton & Hyatt House. you directly oversee housekeeping, laundry and house person team members. You are a significant part of the properties management team and work closely with the Front Desk and Maintenance Departments to ensure the guest experience goes off without a hitch. You take complete ownership of the property’s cleanliness from the guest rooms to the public areas. You work with your team members and the other departments to not only meet the property’s high cleanliness and productivity standards, but to make sure everything is kept in proper working order and drive guest service levels.

This individual will work as a liaison among the Front Desk Team and Food & Beverage Department. Handle the requests and transactions of the hotel guests and supporting Food & Beverage Operations.
