The night shift also assures the guest a stay that is safe whereby you are monitoring abnormal activity inside and outside of the hotel and monitoring any weather issues that could become threatening to our resting guests. As the Housekeeping Manager you directly oversee housekeeping, laundry and house person team members. You work with your team members and the other departments to not only meet the property’s high cleanliness and productivity standards, but to make sure everything is kept in proper working order and drive guest service levels.
