• Night Auditor (Guest Services)

The department is open 24/7….so each front desk role is as important as the others. Associates working the front desk are the key to the overall experience the guest will have. As the late shift you are essentially working without management supervision so your responsibility is seen as even greater as you assist in closing out the business for the day as well as check in or out those guests during non- traditional hours. Your keen sense of being proactive, responsive and caring will make all the difference. The night shift also assures the guest a stay that is safe whereby you are monitoring abnormal activity inside and outside of the hotel and monitoring any weather issues that could become threatening to our resting guests. • Sales & Catering Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to create sales promotions, organize pro-active sales efforts and monitor incoming guest inquires. Successfully manages and supports a high volume of events and sleeping room blocks, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Work directly with guests to coordinate all aspects of their hotel visit, while generating group sleeping room resumes and banquet event orders. Consistently collaborates with sales and operations teams to successfully produce stellar guest experiences and perfectly executed meetings and events that ‘wow’ our clients. • Bartender - Lumin Rooftop (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Are you social, engaging, and enjoy meeting people from all walks of life? Are you detailed oriented, responsible, and able to multi-task? Being a bartender at Concord hotels, you are responsible for the complete set-up of the bar area and the mixing of drinks for all guests and servers. It is important to maintain the service and cleanliness of the bar area, ensuring quality service, guest satisfaction and control over liquor inventory.

• Housekeeping Supervisor (Housekeeping)

  You are part of the Housekeeping team. As the Housekeeping Room Inspector, you ensures the cleanliness and attractive appearance in the guest accommodations and public spaces in accordance with hotel standards. Inspects all rooms and ensures deficiencies are reported and corrected. Must have basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products, and operation of standard cleaning equipment. Must be able to work weekends and holidays
